What can you do for your community?

  1. Host a training for your school, community group, workplace or church. Check out the 2009-2010 Training Guide to find out more about the many ways you can bring free training to your community.
  2. Attend a training yourself; become a skilled natural helper, or a ‘Gatekeeper’.
  3. Help distribute posters, training guides and mental health information within your own community.
